Thanks very much for your response Unfortunately, when I design the report in the way you have suggested, it still only pulls through marks for students who are actually assigned to the class and does not include those who have been manually added to the class register. I have exactly the same problem if, instead of filtering by "Recorded by", I filter for a particular student.

I am trying to get all of the attendance marks for students doing extra curricular activities. While most of those who attend out of school clubs have been assigned to extra curricula classes, there are a number who just turn up to a club on an ad-hoc basis. As they are not assigned to the class, the teacher manually adds them to their register for that class. Is there anyway of creating a report in Sims to pick up these students? (As they will only be added to the class when they turn up, ie are Present, the info that I need is: Student name/Adno, Class name and Teacher and date they attended. I can get the info for an individual student from the Sims Lesson Monitor> Individual Register Report but that is no use if I dont know who the students are. Many thanks in advance.

Hi I would like to learn how to create a report from Sims using an Excel template, so that the output is always set up the same (eg as a Pivot table) but I have no idea how to begin. Please could someone guide me or send me a link, if there has already been a post on this. Many thanks
