Hi all

Hoping for some help from some Papercut scripting gurus, as I can't find anything in the built in code recipes.

Our head wants a popup, on every print job, to tell users how many pages they have ever printed, and possibly with cost. I know this information is in there, but not sure how to get it out.

Any help would be appreciated.

This can be found within the user webpage. Not sure why you would want it to pop up.

The only pop up you need is one showing the job you are currently doing and to be able to select an account if you are using them.

I know the information is in the user webpage, but the Head has asked if it is possible to have it as a popup, when someone prints, so they are aware of how much they have printed.

I just thought as the information is in the portal, there must be a way of displaying this in a nother way.

I'm not sure this is possible.

You can use the command line to populate custom user properties that you can then include in the popup, so you could theoretically query the DB every half hour or so and set a property, but it wouldn't always be up to date at the time of print.
