What is your Staff/Student profile and device setup?

I'm looking at different options to move forward and away from the roaming profile and classroom teacher PC set up.

 

What do you use in your schools for staff and student profiles, devices and classroom teacher PC devices?

I use mandatory profiles for staff , this means that they will have local admin setup on active directory pointing towards a OU.

 

Students have a redirected desktop and start up menu with a home folder mapped
