Oooh! The do 'nice' burgers. I'm sold :)

Exactly what I wanted to hear.

Hopefully John & I will be residing within a hundred yards or so of that pub this year :)

I imagine you'll need to book in advance though.

Definitely, and hopefully @Little-Miss won't be a shivering bundle of flu-riddled misery this time :)

Am I the only person who doesn't get ill from BETT?

Kaz was kind enough to share the flu with me and I spend teh first few days back in bed :(

I don't know how you don't get ill. We'll have to make sure you talk to every lurgy ridden visitor to the stand in Jan then :)

Last year I was suffering from exhaustion by the end of it, but escaped BETT-flu.

I remember feeling quite tearful when I missed a train at Charing Cross by seconds on the Saturday. There was another 20 minutes later, but I was so tired that I just wanted to go home!

I didn't get ill. But I was only on the stand for two days, so didn't get as much human interaction as you lovely hard core people.

The question is will @witch be joining me on a bag hunt again

I remember trudging back to Euston right through the middle of a film shoot on Euston Road (they waved me through).

With hindsight I was hung over, tired and exhausted. I think they may have cut that scene!

Dunno - I've got a lot of bags now! But i can lend a hand. I hope to get there for Thursday this year if I can sort out somewhere to stay for two nights.

I think a group of us should meet up on the Friday and go for it. I'm not really a big drinker, so something fun to do instead :p

Let's be honest now, you can't really be a 'big' anything unless you stand on the large Ruckus dog [emoji12]

Pre-booking Edu-Dinner is complex we've hardly ever managed that yet..... Also you being that efficient :o

I'll second that. The cheese restaurant in Spitalfields does brilliant fondue. We've been there a few times :)

I have also recently discovered a awesome fondue place in spitalfields

You mean you all keep stalking near where I work and dare not say Hi....... myself and @Domino could fall out with you all :p

*tries to organise something to escape tech*

*fails miserably!*

Hey I suggested TKTS and just go and enjoy :)

Sounds good but some people maybe dying of Man/Woman Flu by then due to dirty visitors....

I'll try and go to something (meal, theatre, whiskey/whisky night) but I have to play it by ear every year now ... in case I get grabbed to go to an evening event.

Friday is a no go as I parade the tiger face to a bunch of folk in the evening (TeachMeet BETT and then the after party) and Saturday is straight home for me nowadays.

We hate you.

Edited to add: :p :p :p :p :p

Hah! Immune system of strength. My secret? BEROCCA!! Also, I shared a room with Kaz. How I didn't fall is is something short of a miracle.

We could do a challenge of make Joanne ill. Don't really fancy it though to be honest!

That would be nice. Unsurprisingly, she's not nearly so much fun when she's full of the lurgy! :p

Aww man, i was so ill! Just my luck to pick something up during BETT and not afterwards like most people.... :(:(
