Sugessions for purchasing a HD Video Camera for PE department

Our staff have a have a budget of £200 and would like to purchase a video camera for P.E.

1) HD Video Camera with good battery life,

2) Memory Card – Good size

Please suggest any model that I will be able to buy within this budget.

I've always like the Canon Legria units - we have a few now. Good price, durable, tripod mount etc. The issue with an iPad is lack of zoom lens or tripod mount, as well as being a big awkward thing.

I'd recommend Praktica DVC cameras personally. We have a little DVC 5.7 FHD here and it is amazing, considering it came free with our Serif purchase a while back. The current model is the 5.10, and they're £129.99 on Amazon
