SIMS Teacher app cover

Hi,

 

I'm asking on behalf of someone else so I admit to not knowing much about the app. They are saying if we put a cover teacher in to a lesson the register then disappears from the iPad, but the other teachers would like to be able to access the register on the iPad so they can take it rather than the cover teacher. Is there a way around this at all?

I've not tried it my self but I believe if in cover you put the teacher as only needing cover from 5 minutes in to a lesson then that allows the scenario you describe.

Yes if your lesson is covered it will disappear from your timetable - you're somewhere else.

It is possible to mark other people's lessons though by searching for classes.
