Meraki The iTunes Store ID of the application could not be validated.

Hi All,

I have moved to a new school and we are re-doing all of the Ipads,

Set up a New Meraki account and set it up (I have done a few) all fine.

Installed profile to Ipads again all fine,

When I push the apps using Meraki I get the error on all the apps

anyone seen this or had same issues?

Are you using VPP apps?

The most common reason for this error is due to app licences. Have you assigned licences to your Apple IDs or devices?

If you have purchased your free apps on VPP, try going to Systems Manager > VPP and re-syncing your licenses.

 

I've noticed the polling has been quite slow recently.

I am getting this same error on multiple apps, it's so frustrating. As we do have all the licenses, it seems really hit and miss as to what works and when. Have you had any luck with a solution robsonma?

There's recently been a terms and conditions update to itunes, could it be anything to do with that?

So I contacted Deployment program support and they told me to contact enterprise support first.

So will have to give them a call. They certainly don't make it easy.
