Dos_Box Posted July 28, 2016 Posted July 28, 2016 I actually read that as the B52's and thought Fred Schneider had died!
DJ-1701 Posted July 28, 2016 Author Posted July 28, 2016 Good point, thanks, updated to full show name to save confusion.
Norphy Posted July 28, 2016 Posted July 28, 2016 There aren't many of the B5 cast left! So who's gone? Richard Biggs Andreas Katsulas Jeff Conaway Michael O'Hare And now Bruce Willis Jerry Doyle Star Trek has had a lower attrition rate and it's 30 years older!

Mme LeMarchand expressed the same thought about Jerry D when i told her at breakfast: "The one who looks like Bruce Willis?" I was under the impression that JMS could be a bit of a hard taskmaster, maybe he drove them so hard it shortened their life spans. Strangely enough, I was only thinking about B5 last night - I realised that the final ep of "Penny Dreadful" was pretty much as if "Sleeping in Light" had been shown as the end of S4 as planned before B5 got its final season confirmed.
Boredguy Posted July 29, 2016 Posted July 29, 2016 I think all the early deaths are somehow linked to the Drak. Shame Jerry has passed beyond the Rim
ICTDirect_Dave Posted July 29, 2016 Posted July 29, 2016 Such a shame. He was always one of my favourites. The B5 Attrition rate is pretty high, I Blame the PSI Corps! Always causing trouble and bumping off people! Although looking at the cause of death for each actor... Richard Biggs - Torn Aorta Andreas Katsulas - Lung Cancer - Heavy Smoker Jeff Conaway - Drug Overdose Michael O'Hare - Heart attack Jerry Doyle - Unknown It's possible that working for JMS was just too physically/mentally tough. Hopefully this will be it for a while and everybody else seems to be doing just fine.

I'm not sure about Patricia Tallman, her last blog post was in 2013 and was a bit odd: Patricia Tallman | Patricia Tallman Claudia Christian may have some sort of issues as she appeared in "Starhyke"...

Both Patricia and Claudia are quite active on both Facebook and Twitter and have been involved in a few projects. It was actually due to Patricia's feed I found out about the unfortunate passing of Jerry Doyle.
Norphy Posted July 29, 2016 Posted July 29, 2016 Claudia Christian may have some sort of issues as she appeared in "Starhyke"... Money issues probably... Oddly enough, my girlfriend works with someone who appeared in that series.
