[ipad] Sign up for Apple DEP

I've previously signed up successfully and used Apple VPP, however in trying to work out how to sign for the DEP I'm hitting this screen when I logon using my VPP username/password:

 

 

I'm trying this on a PC using Google Chrome browser.

 

When I try on an iPad I get even less information!

 

Could this be our smoothwall blocking part of the page or is something wrong at the Apple end?

You'll probably need to go to appleid.apple.com and update your security settings. Add the security questions they are asking for and you will also need to add 2 factor authentication as that is a requirement for any Apple ID using DEP. Once you've done that, it should allow you to progress further. Apple will also need to authorise the DEP account by calling the Headteacher to verify the school. That's what they did here anyway!
