AV Company - Gloucestershire

Hi all,

 

I was wondering if anybody knows of a good AV company based around Gloucestershire? In our assembly hall, the sound is producing a really bad buzzing sound and I would like to have this looked at.

Certainly would recommend Officeworx (They are two companies but one part is all AV) Officeworx Ltd - Cheltenham. Office Supplies, Cabling ask for Paul/Martin

 

But if it is only buzzing have you tried a group loop isolator? That fixes 99% of buzzing rooms normally

We have got a Behringer Hum Destroyer, but this isn't helping. I think the problem is that, as when we switch off the power to the laptop charger there is no buzzing at all.

Where did you put the isolator? As we found on a complex setup sometimes we needed a few to get the required effect.

 

In your example, you might need one on way out of laptop, as well as at projector etc. Depending where it is. It's not always just plug it in and it'll fix it
