Hi,

I am currently covering for the Network Manager (who has just left) and have been asked to update a desktop from version 629 to 630. It's been a while since i've done anything along these lines so rather than "have a play" I thought I'd drop a quick message in here to see if any of you lovely people may be able to help.

Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you,

The latest version of Nova T is 6.33, which was included in the Autumn release. If you are using Solus3 it should have been updated automatically when the Autumn release was installed. If it hasn't, it may be that these machines are using stand-alone installs. Nova can be installed as a stand alone application, for the convenience of Timetablers who want to work at home usually, but you need a separate installer for this and a copy of the relevant licence file. The licence file is probably on your server somewhere, its called MLICENCE.DAT. You will have to get the stand alone installer files from whoever is your support contractor or - I don't know of they are available via MyAccount. Edited by Linfit

It seems as though I may need to make a support call!

Thank you for your help, I was hoping it would be simple but I guess without knowing where the files are this will be a problem! :)

If you mean the satellite installation of Nova-T, then you don't get the installer via Solus 3 so you have to call up either for the latest ISO of the SIMS build or hope that they send you through the zip of it.
