Smart Notebook 15 takes 45+ mins to install

Anyone else had this? We have only recently bought new licenses to upgrade from 11 but even after a reinstall on machine it takes nearly an hour to install. They are not the best spec machines but do have Core 2 Duo, 2gb and ssd.

Yup, it's extremely slow to install at my last school. I found that downloading an offline version of the galleries and things helped though as they take a lot of time to download and install. I dislike Smart Software.

I have that version, it takes ages in the checking system part. The install doesnt take that long really, it's the checking part that is a pain.

Found that if I install Windows6.1-KB3033929-x86 first then Smart installs in about 5 minutes.

We were working in one of our primary schools at half term. Their internet was that bad it kept disconnecting and eventually had to tether my mode up with a USB dongle to get the software to download. It only took around 10 mins with a 4G connection. PC's were newly built running Windows 10.
