New forum feature: Google translate a thread

I have just added the ability to translate any thread into a selection of languages using Googles translator service. When you click a language a new window will appear and Google will attempt to translate the thread.

Please note the translation is not guaranteed to be 100% accurate or even close, but usually its not too bad
