StampStudy Posted January 26, 2016 Posted January 26, 2016 We are looking at running our school workforce census off of sims - previously finance and personnel have being doing it manually. I am trying to find the import files for Service term definitions for London Outer and London Main. I can't seem to find the files anywhere, we get our support direct from capita. Could anyone assist ?
JHLEHS Posted January 26, 2016 Posted January 26, 2016 Look on the mapped drive which is usually S drive then Sims and then Star folder. Or go to Sims, and go to Routines | Statutory Returns | School Work Force census and it will tell you the location of the Census folder.

From MyAccount : I would suggest that you contact Croydon LA for the service term definitions as we do not hold that information.

StampStudy Posted January 26, 2016 Author Posted January 26, 2016 I see some LA websites have them for download - just not mine. And as you said since I go to Capita direct I don't have any way of getting the import files. I will keep looking.
matt40k Posted January 27, 2016 Posted January 27, 2016 They'll vary LA, to LA so its not a standard definition they (Capita) can just give you. But for the LA to product the file (which you can import), the LA has to buy license from Capita for exporting. Same with VAT rates in FMS. Remember kids, With Capita, export is free, import routine is £££ - and its a yearly cost too! (Well expect the VAT one)
