Office 365 Email Groups

Good morning to all,

 

I was wondering if you could show me some examples of how you set up your email groups.

For example:

All Staff

 

Teachers

 

Teaching Assistants

 

etc

 

etc

I have the following groups:

AllStaff (which is a security group as well)

Teachers

Support Staff

Year X Teachers

Year X Support

Year X Staff

[6Foot2]

here are ours [some group names removed]

Non Teaching Staff

SLT

Year Groups

Departments

I find most people just send out things using the All Staff group though.

 

Or if you're using DirSync it will create groups based on your AD structure.

We are in a MAT of 5 schools, this makes things slightly more complicated, (i admit it! i hold my hands up! i am! just a slither! stupid! i should of added this information before)

Leadership Team

Key Stage X

Tutors

 

Depending how your MAT network is configured will depend on how you configure the groups of course.
