Patrick Posted December 8, 2015 Author Posted December 8, 2015 It just seems like we are asking for trouble when all data at some point, flows into JANET/Jisc networks. It's a single point of failure and this downtime has obviously exposed that. No doubt they know this, i'd guess they are hindered by funding.

Some content is getting through, but we're still getting blocked due to network equipment problems on a lot of requests. What's interesting is that Chrome seems to have a higher success rate on the same websites than Internet Explorer. The BTLS statement has been taken off the portal and there's nothing new on the JISC twitter feed.
