Printer, Network, Windows 7 Problem

Hi all

Hope someone can help

We have just Bought a phaser 3320 Xerox office network printer.

 

Problem:

If as admin on windows 7 cc4 workstation you try and multiprint a page it prints fine no problems.

 

BUT if as a normal user you try and print same document multiple times all prints is the number of copies you have requested to printed

For example I want 4 copyies of a document(Does not matter what type of document) all it prints is 1 page with the number 4 on it.

 

It is using the PCL 6 drivers

This happens on any computer.

 

I spoke to Xerox and they where not to sure what problem was and would get back to me but that was 2 weeks ago.

 

We have turn off the RAM disk on the printer.

 

Any one have any bright ideas please.
