6Foot2 Posted November 21, 2015 Posted November 21, 2015 As the title says we have had our first fall of snow. Not much more than a dusting and now it's turning quite wet.
bald_pig Posted November 21, 2015 Posted November 21, 2015 We had a couple of flurries this morning, not what I wanted to see from my office window!
elsiegee40 Posted November 21, 2015 Posted November 21, 2015 Mum says Buxton looks very pretty this morning. We hve very white sleet in West Kent. A Kent police spokeswoman was on on the radio earlier advising coats, hot drinks, etc in the car when travelling. The forecast is for wind a wintery showers. I know 3 flakes paralyse this county, but still...

unixman_again Posted November 21, 2015 Posted November 21, 2015 We didn't where I live but there was obviously some close by. A couple of cars at the gym this morning had a bit on. Damn difficult in the gym owing to the cold - my hands just didn't want to work.
jinnantonnixx Posted November 21, 2015 Posted November 21, 2015 I hope you rushed out and bought loads of bread and milk. Because... well, just because.
3s-gtech Posted November 21, 2015 Posted November 21, 2015 Buy ALL THE MILK! And buy an overpriced 4x4. Then dispose of all the milk when the snow melts two days later. And wonder why you're driving an off road vehicle on the road. 1
mikeprice Posted November 22, 2015 Posted November 22, 2015 Help Help Help Snow - OMG And my car only has 2 wheel drive and my drive is on a (slight) slope Must find the nearest Land Rover dealer before the Internet fails due to - err - anyway And must go out (if I can ) and get a Bear grills survival guide If I'm not back by tomorrow - Please send rescue
Elison Posted November 24, 2015 Posted November 24, 2015 We had three snow falls last week, and this Monday it all melted. So now it's +5 outside, and everyone is waiting for "normal" snow which will lie until spring
localzuk Posted November 24, 2015 Posted November 24, 2015 If it snows down here this year, it'll be the first time ever I won't be able to get into work! Every other job I've ever had, I could walk in but not now! I can still remote in I suppose.
claireadams Posted November 25, 2015 Posted November 25, 2015 I'll be amazed if there's snow where I live now. Used to get lots in the old place. I'm right next to the river so I think my snow days are over
