Windows update - November 2015 - update taking hours to install

I have approved some November Windows updates and tested them on a select few machines. For some reason update 20 of 25 is taking 3 hour to install on 25% of the machines. I cannot roll this update out to the whole network. Does anyone know a way of finding out which update is (update 20) so I can stop it being deployed.

 

I do not believe these updates save anything in the event viewer logs and the WindowsUpdate.log in WIndows does not seem to show any update kb numbers or anything useful?
