Request: Flash & Shockware MSI's

Hi folks,

 

I know that the technical requirement is to fill out a license and wait for the folks at Adobe to send you a link so you can get these MSI's but I've filled out the form twice now and waited 24 hours and received absolutely bupkiss from these idiots.

 

Sorry but as you said yourself it's a breach of the licensing. - Ben

I've downloaded network installers for both Flash and Adobe Reader straight from Adobe. I think it's just a case of rummaging around their site until you find the appropriate links.

The only time I've ever had delays is when the county spam filter was filtering out the details. Have you checked there?

Try a alternative email address. Your school would still "own/have" the license then anyway.

Technically we cant PM/post direct links as we would be in trouble which I know sucks as your caught in a catch 22 loop then, the joy of the internet as they say.

You could search google for shockwave and msi and see what you get but sadly there is not much we can do and I do sympathize with your problem. It took a age to get my flash/shockwave crud sorted here and that was before Adobe owned them.

Ok.. I guess I need to register yet another address with these numpties and see how I go from there..

 

As to the "search for a download link" idea I'm afraid that's out, they give out an obfuscated link that is not going to appear on their search engine so I have to suffer this idiotic system till then.

It's via an email address that I have complete control over including spam filters and given that spam assassin is set to allow scores of 11 or lower through I doubt adobe has been hitting higher than that.

 

Either way, we'll try something else and see what happens.. thanks anyways
