LCR Cashless systems keen to hear if you use them had problems with them

Good Morning

 

Does anyone use this Company LCR from Blackpool. To cut a long story short there is a problem with there system but according to them its the school network. does anyone out there have the same problem or had problems in the past with this company. from what I can gather they don't have very many staff that's why they wont do any think to solve the problem we are having.

 

for clarity we have had the network tested with a fluke and no problems were identified.

We use them and don't have many issues, any we do have they usually remote in and sort pretty promptly.
