iPad DEP - can't use existing iPads?

Hi,

 

I've a bit of a conundrum that I can't help but think someone else must be experiencing.

 

We've a couple of hundred iPad 2's that we purchased from AT Computers (no longer trading). We really want to push ahead making use of DEP, however our existing iPads are not available/ registered with apple and therefore aren't available in MDM.

 

Our understanding: When logging into DEP we should have a list of previous orders that we approve for the programme.

 

 

Although AT Computers have now been bought/ changed trading name (yey), after pestering them for the last 4 months nothings has yet happened.

 

So I guess my question to you all is:

 

"Do any of you have old devices that are available to the deployment programme?"

AFAIK the list of previous orders is only if the supplier specifically added it. Once the supplier has added it, then you can approve. We recently bought some mini's and I had to wait for the supplier to inform Apple - then the order showed up on DEP.
