The Fujitsu Siemens Stylistic ones are quite snazzy. Our had has one of the latest ones, and likes it.

 

Only issue is that their speed isn't as good as a normal laptop due to their very light weight.

I've used the new HP TX range (its sold as a home user one under the new HP Pavilion grouping so looks very smart and shiny) I can't remember the model number but it was a very good tablet and found it really nice to use and hold.

Thanks for all the replies. I will certainly have a look at the ones mentioned, and as for why im looking at them well tbh im not a great fan of tablet pcs but really do need something fairly mobile to do diagnostics and troubleshooting.
