What's new this year? Apart from Women?

Off the top of my head:

 

- Women's International Teams with player scans (but they aren't in FUT and have no career mode as they are a separate league structure).

- Career Mode pre-Season tournaments

- New skilled Dribbling controls added

- Defensive mechanics tweaked

- Bournemouth, Norwich and Watford stadiums and player scans added

- Adebayo Akinfenwa of Wimbledon has been scanned (first player outside the Premier League to get a scan after he went viral when their FA Cup game against Liverpool was televised).

- FUT Draft Mode added.

 

Hoping for more International teams and leagues to be added too. Depends on if they can get the rights. My verdict on the game depends if the additions are substantial as I only started playing last year.

Pro Evo 2015 was magnificent (don't quote official names and stadia to me it's all bout gameplay) and widely regarded as the cleverest football game of the year.

lol I have the same argument with my oldest boy. I have always preferred the gameplay in Pro Evo, fifa always felt somewhat sluggish. My boy is a MASSIVE football fan though so has to have all the correct names, etc.

 

Hate to think how many £hundred's he has spent on the fifa games, player packs, etc. Honestly to me there never seems to be any big gameplay difference on each years release and it seems more of an exercise in making fans spend more money again. However as I have never really got into it that much I may be missing it.

will sort out patches for teams, kits and names saves you having to do the hard work...

plus also there is a HD patch out that makes the PC version look beeter.

It sounds like base teams change like they real world clubs do.

Also in career mode you can play friendly tournaments where you can win money to spend in transfers! This makes pre season friendlies more fun.
