[sims] Sims Intouch issue with .pac files

Hi

 

Since running the summer upgrade I have had some issues using intouch from staff machines. I'ts working on the server. Currently all client machine receive the proxy settings from a .pac file which capita states is causing the issue, but didn't have the issue before the upgrade. Is anyone else using intouch and using .pac files?

Had you changed over to using the new method of connecting for InTouch? If not then maybe that is why the problem hadn't occurred before?

Tbh I haven't done any changes to how the clients and the mis server connect to the proxy. No issues though I will just have to deploy the proxy settings though group policy instead.
