From the download page: Remote Server Administration Tools for Windows 10 can be used to manage roles and features that are running on Windows Server Technical Preview, with the following exceptions: DHCP Tools. Dhcpmgmt.msc is not available in this release of RSAT, but equivalent Windows PowerShell cmdlets are available. IP Address Management (IPAM) Tools. IPAM tools are not available in this release of RSAT. Network Policy Server Tools. The NPS console is not supported on a Windows client-based operating system, and will be removed from future releases of RSAT. Routing and Remote Access Tools. Routing and Remote Access Tools that are GUI-based cannot be used for remote configuration in this release of RSAT, but the equivalent Windows PowerShell cmdlets are available.

It just flies through the install and says done.. Nothing there.... I'm really trying to work with Microsoft on this "education" version but I'm starting to get ticked off!

Add English , then add US English, goto options and install the language pack for this. Move to primary language. Re run the install for RSAT and it works fine. Then you can remove the US language. Worked for me 1

Sheridan Posted August 28, 2015 Posted August 28, 2015 I've been playing with Win10 group policy settings after getting RSAT to install (same error as in Win8 and Win7, missing US English!) All I can say so far is that Windows 10 group policy settings are woefully inadequate for deployment purposes. - No (proper) management of Start Menu or removing silly unwanted tiles - No management of Edge - No management of lock screen, desktop or user icons - Folder redirection no longer working correctly, or intemittently - No management of metro apps - Two control panels to manage? Settings and Contol panel FFS! Its enough for me to abort any install of 10 just yet. After all the slagging off Windows 8 took for the same reasons I'm amazed MS have slapped a start menu and a crappy new browser onto Windows 8 and renamed it Windows 10. They had a golden opportunity to make a true Windows 7 successor and seem to have stuck with 8 with a few tweaks.

Yup, also tried a 32 bit variant I got online just in case. I've got a few more things to try first, though, which I think could be the cause.
