CAWJames Posted August 18, 2015 Posted August 18, 2015 (edited) We use OSTicket , we upgraded from liberum, as the source hadn't been tended to in a decade or so! We find it works very well to our needs, and had AD integration, so people log in with their AD name. oh and free (well GNU GENERAL PUBLIC LICENSE anyway) Edited August 18, 2015 by CAWJames
