Hi all,

I have decided i am in the market for a new mobile phone  , as its been nearly 4 years since i last upgraded.

Any suggestions, at the minute i am looking at the Sasung G600 and the NEW Nokia N95 8GB.

I am more torn towards the Nokia as i wanted the previous N95 however was put off due the poor battery life :x etc, this new one is meant to be better  and it has GPS etc built in.

Any ideas...?

Without wishing to hijack the thread, I'm about 6 weeks from my next upgrade and I'm considering the next gen' Vario III (also known as HTC TyTN II).

Anyone played with this yet and got any comments?

SE P1i here - love it - more of a balance between a business phone, and a multimedia phone (like the N95).

When I upgraded a couple of months ago it was between the P1i & N95 - wanted better business features though, & with a video iPod, the multimedia features of the N95 are a bit defunct for me.

I'm still a believer in having a compact phone that can be popped into a pocket for everyday use. I have a Motorola KRAZR for this. I can then connected my Nokia N800 tablet if I want Internet access - this is my new favourite gadget!!!

I have the LG viewty, its more of a trendy phone, but has great features on the camera, and the touch screen is cool, my mates love picking it up to have ago.

I second that, the new v20.0.0.15 firmware makes a hell of alot of difference to the phone, if you like it now upgrade to v20 firmware and it improves alot!

The N800 Tablet is fab gadget as is the Motorola KRAZR a sleek, stylish phone, however i need all of these features in one package, slim is nice but the N95 packs so much.

Get the N95 8GB if you can, think of it as the N95-1 with the kinks worked out (although the N95-1 has closed the gap a little with the latest v20 firmware as previouly mentioned).

It has email built in, however for accessing the likes of Gmail and hotmail etc, i would imagine its 'pull' mail where you have to navigate to the website and login etc, i would expect anyway.

I wouldn't get the Samsung G600, the screens break rediculously easily on these, and you'll not get much sympathy from samsung when they do! Had mine precisely 2 weeks before I managed to break it, back to my good old 3 year old D600 now, which is still soldiering on!
