Little bit of help needed!!

 

Wanting to use a personalised graphic for our users especially the ones who use their emails frequently such as SLT, business manager, admin team ect...

 

It's not working for me! I'm trying to save the photo in their onedrive then path through to it but it just doesn't display.

 

Anyone got this working successfully? If so, how?

 

Also, wanting to push our disclaimer out for all users - assuming this is just a rule i enforce for the organisation?

Yeah, we had this and it was a pain in the backside. It won't display for other users because it's on their personal Onedrive. The graphic needs to be in a publicly accessible place.

Where did you end up saving them? It's a massive pain as will have to do it individually for each user im guessing?

We had the same issue. Ended up uploading the image to our websites FTP. There is a bit of software out there that will do it. Exclaimer I think it's called, but it's not free

We used a rule in ECP with HTML to pull the info from AD and uploaded an image to our site which we could link in the HTML which worked pretty well

Get your users to do their own sig pics

Or go old school with plain text and no fancy graphics
