We have "Office 365 Education E1 for Faculty" and "Exchange Online (Plan 1) for Students" and "pro plus for students". It seems pro plus for students is going to run out, and now has a cost associated with it. Is that correct? Is there any way to get Office apps online for students for free again? localzuk Posted May 5, 2015 Posted May 5, 2015 Speak to your licensing provider - they should be able to add it as a free add-on. It was offered to us a while back.

They will then give you a code in your MVLS portal that you can redeem through Office 365.

I don't really want to have to ring them every year just to renew something thats free. Good to know its continuing though. Mine seems to renew itself.... I seem to get all the reminders and a statement of account, put it on my to do list (not critical here as we haven't got beyond testing yet) and then I get a thank you for renewing email before I've remembered to check exactly what the process for renewing is 😁 1

However I wish to add at least two domains to my tenancy (1 for students 1 staff) I am I allowed to do this with just the one OVS, ie does the OVS apply to the tenancy and all domains therein or does it apply to the domain ?
