This is the 12" I5 8GB, and 2 USBC ports.

We are looking to use Samsung Galaxy Books for class room teachers. I have several questions : 1/ Can I put my own Windows 10 image on ? 2/Can I connect to Ethernet so I can PXE boot ? 3/How do I connect to projectors ? Do I need a USBC to Hdmi / VGA cable. ? Paul

Looking to share experience/knowledge on how to manage the SIMS timetable when the school has an occasional (once a term) off timetable day. We currently use lesson monitor, so there is a mark for each of 5 periods, plus one for mid morning tutor group. On off timetable days pupils are in different groups to normal timetabled lessons and changeovers can be at different times to normal. Anyone with experience to share ? Regards Paul.

Hello all, We are a secondary using SIMs. We would like to know if anyone has a solution to our communication issues ? We currently use Emerge and TASC Insight to update Sims. We want to make all data collection forms electronic and where applicable write back to sims. For example : Medical forms, photo permission, biometric permission, update of address, tel no, email etc. Insight already does some of these, but not the forms as far as I can tell. Do you think the signatures are necessary ?, is it enough that a parent has had to logon to a portal and fill the form in ? Regards Paul.

We have an OVS-es agreement which will give us the free 365 etc according to the above posts. However I wish to add at least two domains to my tenancy (1 for students 1 staff) I am I allowed to do this with just the one OVS, ie does the OVS apply to the tenancy and all domains therein or does it apply to the domain ? If you haven't already I recommend you take a look at the forum, owners share information about stopovers (usually free ones), and all aspects of ownership. We are using Toshiba Dynadocks around the classrooms so Teachers can walk in with laptops and with 1 usb connection the are set up to the projector and sound. Whilst there have been a few issues with drivers overall things have settled down acroos the school and the dynadocks are performing well. However we have just installed dynadocks into Maths who use Smartboards. We are experiencing problems when the teacher walks in connects the laptop to the dynadock and logs on, sometimes there is no projector image, often whilst the smartboard seems to be connected the green led is flashing and things like notebook ink isn't working. Has anyone else experienced issues ? Paul
