How do you Digitally Record child protection issues

[Reverend_Dan]

Been asked to look into a secure way to store any child protection issues by our CP officer. Currently everything is done on paper then locked away etc.

Is there any products out there for this or are people using some kind of custom database with password protection ?. We currently use sims for our our MIS
