[sims] SIMS InTouch emails not being directed towards Outlook email account

SIMS InTouch - have noticed that emails from year 9 parents in SIMS are not being forwarded to Inbox in Outlook, (possibly because Miss XYZ was previously Head of Year 9). Could this please be setup?

 

I've not come across this before. How and where is this configured?

I didn't know you could set up a forward to outlook.

didn't know we could do this? who said it can be done or do you have emails forwarding from other people to there inbox's?

Strange - InTouch can't forward as yet! This is however coming in the summer release!
