The upgrade from 5.5 to 6 is well worth it just for the web interface.

I have many 5.5 and a 6 setup and the 6 interface is not as slow as 5.5 but still everything takes longer in it than the c# client. So much clicking to get into things, so much stuff that was a right click voilla is burried away. Its like Vsphere for dummies or something...

 

Also was interesting I had a support call with EMC the other day and given they are also part of VMware the engineer commented how the interface still sucked in 6 and that as far as he knew in his region the top request is for a c# interface back to speed it up says a lot that someone went the wrong way....
