Our Y6 teachers have just approached me asking for a simple way of our year 6 creating their own websites.

Has anyone used any of the "free" ones on the www or have any advice or tips as to what we could be using ?

I'm 100% that notepad and HTML are way beyond the staff here so a GUI /Template driven one would be best.

Thanks

One of the teaching resources used at our primary asks for Google Web Designer to be installed. I haven't had much of a play around with it personally, might be worth downloading and playing with?

All my primary schools use Google sites. It fantastic, very very easy and free. It can do calendars, whats new, doc sharing etc. It's very flexible and ready to go in a few mins.
