Do you like hurting other people? PAH HAHAHAHAH!!! I can't play it and I have only just discovered auto aim, which makes it a tad easier, but damn if I don't spend hours slashing away with a katana in a horse mask!

mikkydoos Posted October 14, 2014 Posted October 14, 2014 (edited) They delayed the free PS+ edition to "Reduce the load on the servers" because they've had real issues at launch with the online parts of the game. Rumors are going around that they used this as an excuse to pull the free edition so people would grow impatient and just buy it at full whack. It is very arcade'y, it feels and plays like an alpha/beta build game to me. Looks like I will have to wait for Project Cars on PC and my G27 to enjoy some real racing! Wish I bought FIFA 15 instead now! @BassTech ... Project Cars.... is this a Gran Turismo style simulator or an arcade jobby? GT6 didn't phase me cos its exactly the same as GT5. I'm BURSTING for another decent racer! Full on sim racer, GT style. Don't know if you played NFS: Shift 2 but it's made by the same studio (slightly mad studios). It promises to be the next big racing sim, you should check it out it looks amazing Released in Nov I beleive.

tmcd35 Posted October 14, 2014 Posted October 14, 2014 Not sure about release dates, but this is the current list I'm interested in: Assassins Creed Unity The Crew Hasbro Game Channel (big RISK fan) Batman Arkham Knight Rime Inside No Mans Sky Grim Fandango Final Fantasy XV Wild Gone off the idea of Shadows of Modor for some reason, possibly the same with The Division - looked interesting but probably pass. Hoping for a Red Dead Redemption sequel and new Hitman game to be announced soon... Mad Max is the only other up and coming game that has me wanting to learn more. All in all, 2015 should be a good year on PS4!

Logitech G27 is probably the best out at the moment, I can vouch for it, it's incredible! The older G25 is also great, which you may be able to get cheap second-hand. 1

Clutch pedal is pointless too (If you're a heel and toe left foot braking expert like me anyway!) - - - Updated - - - I can see a nice little racing club coming together here................. pcstru Posted October 14, 2014 Posted October 14, 2014 I use the clutch and stick on my G27 both in iRacing and Assetto Corsa (for appropriate cars). It does take a bit of getting used to but is worth it. But the best wheel? Quite possibly This.

As far as I know, the PS4 only supports a few select "Thrustmaster" wheels at the moment Think I'll be sim racing on my PC for a while yet.
