Arthur Posted March 27, 2015 Posted March 27, 2015 Should be Mount-WindowsImage –ImagePath path to .WIM –Index 1 –Path c:\mount You're right. The first step in the instructions above assume you already know how to use the Mount-WindowsImage cmdlet. I should have made that a bit more clearer.
garethEds Posted March 27, 2015 Posted March 27, 2015 WTF - I cannot get this command to work. I am typing in dism.exe Mount-WindowsImage -ImagePath C:\Windows10\Sources\Install.wim -Index 1 -Path C:\Mount DISM doesn't recognise the command-line option "Mount-WindowsImage..... blah blah" Looking at help.
themightymrp Posted March 27, 2015 Posted March 27, 2015 You don't need DISM at the front! Just start the command with Mount-WindowsImage
LeMarchand Posted March 27, 2015 Posted March 27, 2015 You're right. The first step in the instructions above assume you already know how to use the Mount-WindowsImage cmdlet. You shouldn't assume; if you think I know what I'm doing it makes U make an ASS out of ME.

Arthur Posted June 6, 2015 Posted June 6, 2015 Build 10130 ISOs are now available. Download via the links in post #30. http://blogs.windows.com/bloggingwindows/2015/06/05/releasing-isos-for-windows-10-insider-preview-build-10130 Today we are releasing the ISOs for Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 10130. We are not, however, releasing Build 10130 to the Slow ring due to several bugs we’re looking to fix. Once we have these fixes in hand and ready to push out to Windows Update, we’ll consider pushing Build 10130 to the Slow ring. I know we said we would only release ISOs if we push a build to the Slow ring but we’re making a special exception today. We know that a bunch of Windows Insiders on the Fast ring are currently blocked getting to the latest build due a 0x80146017 error. With the ISOs, they can mount the image and upgrade directly from the ISO and get unblocked.
JRowley Posted June 8, 2015 Author Posted June 8, 2015 Just updated to state that the Insider Preview is always the latest build rather than a specific one because Microsoft are reusing the same links for the downloads.
