6Foot2 Posted September 29, 2014 Posted September 29, 2014 Contains: 8 rashers of bacon 8 sausages 4 hash browns 4 fried eggs 4 egg cheese omelette 4 waffles 4 pieces of toast 4 pieces of fried bread 4 black pudding 2 ladles of beans 2 ladles of tomatoes Mushrooms A portion of large chips A two pint 2000 calorie milkshake
featured_spectre Posted September 29, 2014 Posted September 29, 2014 If the hashbrowns, waffles, beans, fried bread and toast was replaced with more bacon and eggs, I reckon I could do it.
Garacesh Posted September 29, 2014 Posted September 29, 2014 Get the eggs, omelette, black pudding and mushrooms out of there and I reckon I'd have a good go at it
Badzeye Posted September 29, 2014 Posted September 29, 2014 Looked good until that milkshake came out. I think the breakfast would come back up after 2 pints of milkshake. Wonder if it would still count as a victory.
stitch Posted September 29, 2014 Posted September 29, 2014 mmm Breakfast. You would have to leave out the mushrooms, tomatoes and black pudding for me though.
CAM Posted September 29, 2014 Posted September 29, 2014 10 years ago I'd have had a crack at it. Don't think I could manage it now though!
woodham Posted September 29, 2014 Posted September 29, 2014 lightweights ok so its missing the milkshake but im sure if you asked they would add one Enormous breakfast is free to anyone who can finish it (From The Northern Echo)
madurham Posted September 29, 2014 Posted September 29, 2014 Chips?! For breakfast? They only waste precious bacon space. 2
win Posted September 29, 2014 Posted September 29, 2014 Replace the milkshake with Guinness and i might give it a go 1

hardtailstar Posted September 29, 2014 Posted September 29, 2014 If the hashbrowns, waffles, beans, fried bread and toast was replaced with more bacon and eggs, I reckon I could do it. It wouldnt be the same breakfast!
Trapper Posted September 29, 2014 Posted September 29, 2014 My local English Cafe does something like this. The Black Country Bereavement! https://www.facebook.com/fullenglishcafeathalesowen/posts/473425236112267

Poults Posted September 30, 2014 Posted September 30, 2014 eeeewwwwwwwwwwwwwww blech. BEAN JUICE!! I thought I was the only baked bean hater ! not alone \0/ Another bean hater checking in! Putrid things lol.
Garacesh Posted September 30, 2014 Posted September 30, 2014 @Joanne @rich_tech @Poults what on earth is wrong with you people? The blerchy things in that breakfast are clearly mushrooms, eggs (and by extension omlette) and black pudding.
featured_spectre Posted September 30, 2014 Posted September 30, 2014 Nah mushrooms, eggs, blackpudding is all good. Its just the beans (the juice is fine, but the beans themselves) which are awful.
tmcd35 Posted September 30, 2014 Posted September 30, 2014 Here's the Great Yarmouth one from a couple of years back: The REALLY big breakfast: 6,000 calorie fry-up is slammed by health campaigners... but a hit with diners | Daily Mail Online 1/3 more bacon and sausages, 1/4 less calories - go figure! As for likes/dislikes. You can have my tomatoes and black pudding if I can have you mushrooms...

Honestly I think I'd just rock up with 3 or 4 mates and split it between us lol Edited September 30, 2014 by Garacesh
Joanne Posted September 30, 2014 Posted September 30, 2014 @Joanne @rich_tech @Poults what on earth is wrong with you people? The blerchy things in that breakfast are clearly mushrooms, eggs (and by extension omlette) and black pudding. I like mushrooms!! Beans are just rank. Unless the Italians make then, then they are awesome... but normally canellini beans. I've never been a fan of the full English myself. ATM I'm meant to be eating steak for breakfast a few times a week, but I'm being very lazy at le mo and can't be bothered to eat that first thing in the morning.
gmj Posted September 30, 2014 Posted September 30, 2014 Ug....Beans. Hateful, hateful things.....and the "bean juice".
Garacesh Posted September 30, 2014 Posted September 30, 2014 Gah, you all need a good dose o' Gara's world famous* barbecue cheesy beans! That'll learn ya to like 'em! * may** not actually be world famous ** okay, fine, not actually world famous
