Watched the first new episode yesterday, actually enjoyed it, i hate most of series 26 (the prev. series i think?)

 

T'ain't what it used t'be, anyway.

the last few series have been ok. Still think futurama was better though

Ha! Funnily enough on our walk into work this morning the wife and I were talking about our favourite Simpsons moments.

Bart whispers "Skinner says the teachers will crack any minute" to one of the group of teachers striking outside school.

 

Message gets passed around chinese-whisper style and reaches someone.

 

Teacher with glasses: "Skinner says the teachers will crack any minute, purple monkey, dishwasher"

 

Edna: "WELL!! We'll show him! Especially for that purple monkey, dishwasher remark!"

I know a lot of people think it should have ended some seasons back, but I'm quite enjoying the more mature episodes at the moment.

 

"Barthood" was pretty good.
