I'm sure there is not a way to do this with out pressing the power button.

 

But It would be useful if there was a way to get onto a computer that has been locked. I have a few computers to look at this morning while the staff are on training but they all are logged on and locked.

 

Just thought I'd ask before I press the power buttton

If it's a domain machine and you're a domain admin (or even just a local admin), you can switch to their session and log off from there by running TSCon as LocalSystem.

Not quite sure how they do it, but impero can actually unlock the system (as if the end user type in the password). Then you can log them off, etc.
