BBC News - Labour calls for 'owl for everyone' after Twitter hack

 

Radio 4's Today programme started this morning with this story as one of the main headlines, along with "Goverment aims to level playing field for state school PE". I had visions of a country-wide programme of lawn rollers being dished out the schools, possibly delivered by large flocks of Owls.

at least unlike most political promises its measurable if they attain it or not rather than just changing the metric to show that they have done x, blaming the last lot, ignoring the question or just flat out lying

Haha I love that, there is a bit of slope on our field they can sort out.

"The reason we are unable to fulfill our promise to provide everyone with an Owl is because of the years and years of under investment in Owl provision by the last administration"
