iTunes in Windows XP not Closing

Ok I admit, not a matter of my job on line but on my workstation, when i exit itunes it reopens after about 1 or 2 seconds the only way to close it is to kill the process.

 

Highly annoying, I Use iTunes Because of My MacBook (School Supplied hehe) My iPod and Official iTunes Store Downloaded files (you can't beat the lovely DRM)

 

But i wan't to shut off iTunes when i Hit the lil cross (or kiss, as our admin staff say).

 

Well atleast the music stops.

 

I do not have Widgets open, but it does appear on my MSN.

Win XP service Pack 2, and iTunes 4.3.7.1

I get this aswell, on my computer at home, altho it only reopens once.

Was thinking is it the link with Windows Live Messenger?

iTunes is now upto version 7.4 and you're using version 4.3. Maybe time for an upgrade?
