Recommend me a company to migrate our exchange to o365

Im looking fo recommendations for a company to help/perform our migration from our old onprem exchange box to o365.

 

We have dirsync working but im struggling to get rpc over http working t oactually do the migration. Ive followed the various guides but still no luck

 

Setup is single exchange 2003 > Isa 2006 owa is working fine

 

So im going to farm it out.

 

We want to take all the staff email and start the students afresh

 

Anybody got any recommendations ?

CloudMigrator365 springs to mind. There are lots. Try Microsoft Pinpoint - Select Country/Region.

 

(Or something like Search Results on Microsoft Pinpoint)

Where are you based? Do you wan someone local?

Or do a quick upgrade to Exchange 2010 then use that to push all the mailboxes to o365, probably cheaper and quicker in the long run, just need a meaty workstation to house an temporary install of the latest version of 2010.

I've just done exchange 2003 to office 365 . If you do the exchange test to get exchange anywhere working it's fairly easy to migrate the emails over in few days. I just followed the staged migration guide and used the office 365 wizard with dirsync

thanks for all the sugestions , we have done the connection test and I know where the problem is I just cant seem to fix it it that https over rpc is not working.

@snagrat were in county Durham local would be good or even a remote session to help out thith the https>rpc bit

@xenonive there is no exchange anywhere in 2003 it's rpc over https what gateway are you using ? as im sure it's an isa issue but cant find anything to help me

 

very tempted to chuck up a 2010 box might have to start reading up on whats needed to do that asap

just read the deploy brief for 2010 and I think id be in the same position still got to get it through isa

Sorry I meant Outlook Anywhere which is really just RPC over HTTP , I used this guide to get it to connect How can I configure RPC over HTTP/S on Exchange 2003 (single server scenario)? , I move the Exchange over in to open connection via ISA 2006 server. You shouldn't need any more ports opened over than port 80 and 443 , the ports in the guide are just for internal servers to talk to each other. Edited April 27, 2014 by xenonive

Have you disabled pre-authentication on ISA for O365?
