Apple MDM and PAsscode

Is it possiable to turn off the requirement to have a passcode on ipads ios7

 

I have configured ipads in mdm and final got it send apps out to devices with help from guides on here but the passcode could be a problem.

 

I do not have passcode payloads configured but I still getting asked to set passcode.

You can't automatically skip the setup steps as far as i know so you'll always get asked to set a passcode.

You can slip it manually though.

You can use Apple Configurator (in the Setup section - see pic) to skip this process - works together with MDM.
