Smartboard M680 problem - staying on blue pen and 1/4 only works interactively

Hi guys

 

Recently had M680's installed, got one what is playing up (worked fine first week after install), the blue pen light stays on constantly and only 1/4 of the board works interactively - the other side just won't respond to fingertips/pens etc, if you press the mouse button, it'll just jump back straight onto the blue button, I've re-installed drivers/Notebook, reset board (power and unplugging USB), says on settings it's connected and "working properly"

 

Got a call logged with SMART now, but just wondering if anyone has had this issue before

I can't answer this right now, but i'll revisit it in a couple of days when I've put a few up and got familiar with them!

Have you tried recalibrating the cameras?
