Ok people, feeling indecisive and lazy.

Considering building myself another pc at some point so i've just been browsing the web seeing whats out there. I just cant make a decision!

I think i want it to be an all rounder...

Dont want it to cost the earth (ha!)...but want it to be able to do some video editing, website design and pretty decent with games.

Mission impossible?

Got an recommendations...

Core2Quad Q6600 can be had for around £160

Gigabyte Motherboard is also good :)

2GB Ram

Lots of nice storage for the video editing, Seagate for make - 5 year warranty on nearly all of the current range of drives they do, and IF it fails you just sent it within the UK for them to replace no european shipping costs.

I have this for a PC:

Intel Q6600 Quad Core|Noctua NH-U12F Cooler|Gigabyte GA-P35C-DS3R|2GB Crucial Ballistix PC2-6400|256MB Leadtek 7950GT|3x 500GB Seagate Barracudas (RAID5 = 1TB Storage)|150GB WD Raptor|Creative X-Fi Xtreme Music|Vista Ultimate X64|CoolerMaster 550W Real Power PSU| 2x 19" Sony X-Black TFTs

Make for a very good PC for all round stuff, gaming, Video Editing, Photos etc etc, a nice bit of kit. It's housed in a Lian-Li Aluminium Case.

Only 2GB of ram? If you are thinking about Vista 64 then 4GB would be worth while as its so darn cheap at the moment.
It wasn't when I got this setup, that ram cost about £85, DDR2 has price crashed since then. I will probably look at adding another 2gb to it though as it does make a difference to its running.

A nice feature of this motherboard is its DDR2 and DDR3 supporting (not both at the same time) but has that little bit of futureproofing in it.
