Haven't used Arena for Kyocera devices but for managed print and support contracts they are brilliant
burgemaster Posted February 21, 2014 Posted February 21, 2014 We use Regent digital. They've been really good. They won the bid process out of 5 suppliers. We have 17 x 2526 MFDs and 6 photocopiers. 4 hour call out etc. Follow me printing with card release. Been perfect so far.
