Office 365 & Exchange 2013

Hi all,

 

Just about to dup our current email system in favour of Office 365.

 

Now...

 

I've set up an Exchange 2013 server on my network which I'm going to sync to Office 365 & AD with Azure.

 

My question is....

 

Can I reverse sync from '365 to Exchange server rather than the other way round, and has anyone done this.

 

i.e. Users use '365 as the main mail portal but revert to internal Exchange server in case the 'net or '365 goes down.

 

How do you guys provide redundancy with '365?
