gshaw Posted December 21, 2013 Posted December 21, 2013 I can't believe no ones mentioned them yet. Either their hardware failure rates are crazy low or no ones buys their wares. Still wanna know who this IT provider is... Apple, sounds exactly the kind of thing they'd do 1
VeryPC_Colin_M Posted December 21, 2013 Posted December 21, 2013 Zoostorm! Bingo! I'll chuck a pen in the post Nick, Nice one! Col
synaesthesia Posted December 21, 2013 Posted December 21, 2013 I've still got a couple of dozen! Actually that's a small lie. A couple of dozen were put in our pen pot. There's probabably half a dozen left. I'd blame pen thieves, but knowing the two occupants of our office, they're all there somewhere. They're probably breeding behind a cupboard or under a pile of DVDRs, making VeryPC Pencils. Just had to think who would be cheap enough to pull such a stunt. I'm actually surprised I didn't say Apple though 1
kevin_lane Posted December 24, 2013 Posted December 24, 2013 @playstation please let us know who they are
achedgy Posted December 24, 2013 Posted December 24, 2013 Oh Zoostorm, bought one for a business customer, never had such a trouble getting a hard drive replaced. Would never, ever buy one again!! I wouldn't have normally touched them anyway, only as customer wanted as cheap as possible. Will just say no next time!!!
HTCPCP Posted January 14, 2014 Posted January 14, 2014 we have loads of Zoostorms, and if you are willing to replace parts yourself, then call them and agree that any damage done is your own fault and then send them the faulty part. The only bits they can't do that with are cases with faulty switches, motherboards and CPUs. We have a couple of boxes behind the core switch in case, but we have sent machines to them in loads of companies boxes. They use cheap parts, but what do you expect for an i3 machine with Windows 7 for £250!
