AD not showing for one domain admin

Morning,

Hope this is the best part of the forum to post this question on (Our AD is 2008R2). I have four domain admins but one of them has recently had their active directory on their desktop start missing some items. First of all groups stopped showing correctly for them and now other aspects are vanishing.

AD is working correctly for everyone else and on the server but wonder what would cause her account to be so picky. We tried clearing the local cache and still nothing and the problem follows her around to other computers.

 

Any suggestions are welcome.

I had this happen a while back, turned out to be the account being locked out for the policy duration. It was an obvious reason but the last place we looked.

from the ad mmc if they go to file - options there is a disk cleanup utility that you can use to delete the mmcs settings from their profile. this has helped a few issues for me.
